  • Shore Match CANCELLED.
The planned shore match this Sunday 26th October has been cancelled.
I visited the venue today at high water and it was unfish-able with the waves breaking over the sea wall.
The match will be rescheduled for November.

PS  several members are going to Fleetwood, Dronfield road, for a pleasure fish tomorrow. You are welcome to join us.
It will be busy as there is another club holding a  match along that stretch tomorrow.

See you on the Pier Wednesday.   Vinny.

  • 4th Pier Match Results:
The Judges scores are in, for Sunday 19th October 2014.
Despite the small tide and rough sea there were plenty of fish caught, including several insize Codling.
Well done to match winner John who was on to his second match card when the whistle blew, finishing with 912 cm another 10 mins and he may well have hit the magic 1000 points.
